INSPIRE Arena and COEX Artium have been selected as the venues for hosting the upcoming VALORANT Champions Seoul.
SOUTH KOREA – Riot Games has announced that VALORANT Champions Seoul, scheduled from August 1-25, will be hosted at the INSPIRE Arena and COEX Artium, with tickets set to go on sale starting July 10.
The COEX Artium, home of VCT Pacific, will host the earlier stages of the competition, including the Group Stage (August 1-11) and Bracket Stage (August 14-18). The event will then move to the newly constructed INSPIRE Arena for the final three days (August 23-25). Currently INSPIRE Arena shares the title of the largest concert venue in Korea with the KSPO Dome in Seoul.
Located an hour from Seoul on Yeongjong Island at Incheon International Airport, the 15,000-seat INSPIRE Arena is part of the Mohegan INSPIRE Entertainment Resort. The resort features a five-star hotel, gaming facilities, an indoor water park, and an immersive “digital entertainment street” offering shopping, dining, and entertainment options, according to the press.
INSPIRE Arena officially opened in December last year by hosting the Melon Music Awards, which attracted approximately 12,500 fans. It has since hosted various music events, including the annual year-end K-pop festival SBS Gayo Daejeon and a solo concert by SHINee member Taemin.

VALORANT Champions Seoul will feature 16 teams competing in four GSL-style best-of-three groups before advancing to a double-elimination playoff bracket. Sixteen teams from around the world will compete there, with four teams each qualifying from the Pacific, CN, Americas, and EMEA international leagues. As of now, EDward Gaming is the only team confirmed for the event, having earned enough points to secure their place in Seoul.
The winning team will earn the title of the best team in the world in 2024, following the footsteps of previous champions Evil Geniuses, LOUD, and Acend since 2021. In comparison to last year’s world championship, hosted in Riot Games’ backyard in Los Angeles, the KIA Forum drew 11,500 attendees from around the world.
Ticket prices range from ₩28,000 (~US$20) for the COEX Artium to ₩164,000 (~US$120) for the grand final at the highest tier of four. Tickets will be available through the Interpark Global ticketing platform.
