Falcons Vega bring in shirazi on loan from Nova Esports GC, reuniting her with Xipto & SMG core
Falcons Vega add another proven name to the lineup in shirazi, bringing back a core that dominated Pacific GC across 2023 and 2024.
SAUDI ARABIA – Falcons Vega (Falcons Esports) have officially announced the signing of Kelly “shirazi” Jaudian on loan from China-based Nova Esports GC.
“shirazi will be joining the team this season on loan from Nova Esports,” the announcement reads. “We’d also like to thank Nova Esports for their professionalism throughout the process.”
The move sees the Filipino controller reunite with her former teammates from their Team SMG and Xipto Esports GC days: Alexandria “Alexy” Francisco, Camille “Kamiyu” Enriquez, and Odella “enerii” Abraham. Completing the roster is longtime Falcons Vega player and in-game leader Modhi “madv” Alkanhal.
The Filipino-Indonesian quartet built a reputation as one of the most dominant cores in Pacific Game Changers history across the 2023 and 2024 seasons. During that two-year stretch, they did not lose a single match to another Pacific GC team, with their only defeats coming against international opposition at the Game Changers Championship, where they secured fourth-place finishes in both 2023 and 2024.
The quartet remained intact across both eras, with Abigail “Kohaibi” Kong rounding out the lineup on Team SMG GC and Ryona “Tarathiel” Tan doing the same on Xipto Esports GC.
Following the end of the 2024 season, shirazi made the move to China and joined Nova Esports GC in 2025, where she continued her success by winning both Game Changers China Stage 1 and Stage 2. Those victories earned Nova Esports a place at the Game Changers Championship in Seoul, where they eventually finished in 7th-8th place.
Falcons Vega, meanwhile, remained one of Southeast Asia’s top contenders in 2025 through the core trio of Alexy, Kamiyu, and enerii, alongside retained EMEA players madv and Maryam “Mary” Maher. However, at Game Changers Pacific 2025 in Bangkok, Falcons Vega suffered their first loss of the year to the new Xipto Esports GC roster and were later eliminated in the top three by Korean squad Ninetails GC, missing out on qualification for the Game Changers Championship.
shirazi’s return to the Southeast Asia Game Changers circuit has already gotten off to a strong start. With her in the lineup, Falcons Vega won the Open Qualifier without dropping a single map, securing their place in the main event.
