FGC VALORANT Invitational returns in 2024 featuring 10 VCT CN teams
The FGC VALORANT Invitational is back for 2024 as an OFF//SEASON event, bringing together 10 VCT CN teams, including the newly promoted XLG squad.
CHINA – The FGC VALORANT Invitational is making its return in 2024, featuring 10 VCT CN teams competing from October 30 to November 10.
Among the ten participating teams, FunPlus Phoenix and Bilibili Gaming are the clear favorites to claim the title, having both qualified for and competed in the recent VALORANT Champions Seoul international event. However, the tournament format is yet to be revealed.
In addition to this tournament, the eight remaining teams will also compete in the WALL-E Cup by Douyu, with a prize pool of CN¥100,000 up for grabs. XLG, the 2024 Ascension CN champions, will also be competing in both domestic events.
This marks the fourth consecutive year for the FGC Invitational, which has provided a competitive platform for Chinese teams before the official circuit was established earlier this year.
