Team Secret sign Rimuru

Former Bren Esports MLBB player Rimuru steps into VALORANT’s top level with Team Secret.

PHILIPPINES – Team Secret have officially announced the signing of Dwine “Rimuru” Enriquez to their active roster ahead of VCT Pacific Stage 1, bringing in a new face to help fill the gap left by the departure of Kim “TenTen” Tae-young in the duelist role.

Rimuru is set to make his tier-one debut in Seoul, where he will take his first steps on the VCT Pacific stage in what will be the biggest test of his career so far. He also comes from an esports family, being the brother of Falcons Vega player Camille “Kamiyu” Enriquez.

Before joining Team Secret, Rimuru was still largely an unfamiliar name outside of the Philippine tier-two scene. He most recently competed in the Philippine leg of VALORANT Challengers SEA Split 1 and also played across several mixed rosters throughout 2025, accumulating a total of 21 series on VLR. In that same Philippine regional tournament just last month, Rimuru posted the second-highest ACS in the field, trailing only his new Team Secret teammate Jhian “Zeus” Vega.

Before fully committing into VALORANT, Rimuru was better known for his time in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. His esports journey began at a young age, and by just 14 years old he had already been signed by Bren Esports, one of the Philippines’ most prominent organizations and home to the second world championship-winning MLBB squad (M2).

Under the BREN banner, Rimuru competed in MPL Philippines Season 8 in 2021, spending around half a year with the organization before the two sides eventually parted ways in December of that year. His signing also creates an interesting Mobile Legends link inside Team Secret, with Jessie “JessieVash” Cuyco having previously coached Geek Fam Philippines in 2019.

In terms of playstyle in VALORANT, Rimuru is very much a duelist specialist. His agent pool is almost entirely centered around aggressive entry picks, with Neon standing out as his most-played agent at 49 percent across 24 maps. That overlap is especially notable because it mirrors the profile of Zeus, another recent Team Secret addition who is also expected to take on duelist duties once eligible.

Zeus remains underage for the opening stretch of the split and will only be able to make his debut after turning 18 in April. Based on Team Secret’s official communication, Zeus is expected to join the active lineup when he turns 18, precisely which will be the Week 4 of VCT Pacific Stage 1. What has not yet been clarified is how that transition will be handled, as the organization did not specify who would be removed from the starting five once Zeus becomes available.
