New-look Team Secret add TenTen and BerserX, with academy coach Rbtx stepping up to lead their 2026 VCT Pacific roster.

PHILIPPINES – Team Secret have announced the additions of former ZETA DIVISION player Kim “TenTen” Tae-young and former BOOM Esports player Rizkie “BerserX” Adla Kusuma to their active roster. The organization also confirmed Jose “Rbtx” Jamir as the team’s new head coach, promoted from his role leading Team Secret’s academy setup ahead of the 2026 VCT season.

TenTen and BerserX will join Ko “Sylvan” Young-sub, who was revealed earlier as part of Team Secret’s rebuild. The move also reunites TenTen with Sylvan, a familiar face from their time in the T1 system, where Sylvan featured for the main roster while TenTen was part of the academy. Kelly “kellyS” Sedillo will be retained, while Jessie Cristy “JessieVash” Cuyco is expected to return to the active lineup for the 2026 season.

For TenTen, the move keeps him in VCT Pacific for a second straight season after spending 2025 with ZETA DIVISION. Results did not match expectations as ZETA finished 9th to 10th in both Stage 1 and Stage 2, a placing that left the team outside the league’s top half across the year.

Before his ZETA stint, TenTen had a brief period within the aforementioned T1 system, competing for T1 Academy. During that run, he helped the team secure a third-place finish in VALORANT Challengers Korea Stage 1 and earned Stage MVP honors, flashing the kind of takeover potential that made him a notable prospect.

TenTen’s personal form and impact in VCT Pacific was limited across the season, and he now gets another shot to translate his upside more consistently against top teams.

BerserX, meanwhile, will wear a new jersey for the first time in four years after a long spell with BOOM Esports, where he initially played duelist before transitioning into a sentinel role. Across the 2025 season, BerserX frequently performed as BOOM’s second pillar behind star player Dastan “dos9” Zhumagali. He was especially impressive during VCT Ascension Pacific in Bangkok, where he finished as the second-highest rated player across the event.

On the coaching side, Team Secret have elevated Rbtx to head coach of the main team after his time as an assistant coach and academy head coach within the organization. Prior to joining Team Secret, Rbtx spent two years with Oasis Gaming and also worked with the Filipino RRQ roster before the organization entered the partnership.

Team Secret are coming off what was widely considered their toughest year to date. They finished last in both Kickoff and Stage 1, then ended Stage 2 in 9th to 10th place. For a team that has historically shown it can punch above its weight and give some surprises in Pacific, the dip in results made a roster and staff overhaul feel almost inevitable.

The team will debut in under three weeks at VCT Pacific Kickoff 2026, opening against Nongshim RedForce. T1 await in the next round, setting up a potential storyline match that would see Sylvan face his former organization if Team Secret advance.
