VALORANT Conquerors Championship - Overview, Dates, Qualifiers, Broadcast, and more

by Juandi July 31, 2021

While only Southeast Asia and a small portion of East Asia can currently qualify for the VALORANT Champions, Riot Games and NODWIN Gaming have collaborated to provide a route for teams in South Asia to qualify for the VALORANT Champions at the end of the year with VALORANT Conquerors Championship (VCC).

VALORANT Conquerors Championship (VCC) will see teams across South Asian countries compete in a sub-regional qualifiers for a prize pool of US$33,000. The competition will be spread out across six regions: India, Pakistan & Afghanistan, Sri Lanka & Maldives, Bangladesh, Nepal & Bhutan, and “Wildcard.”

Unlike what most people think, the VCC does not provide a spot to the Berlin Masters, instead, teams will be fighting for a spot at the Asia Last Chance Qualifier, a direct seed to VALORANT Champions in December.

Each sub-region will have a registration period, which will be followed by online qualification matches, with qualifying teams progressing to regional playoffs, and then a VCC grand final. The victorious team will next compete in the APAC Last Chance Qualifier against qualifying teams from Southeast Asia, Korea, Japan, in a yet to be confirmed location and format. The winner will advance to the VALORANT Champions Tour.
