Paper Rex have extended the contracts of four players ahead of their participation at VALORANT Masters Madrid.
SINGAPORE – Paper Rex have revealed that Jason “f0rsakeN” Susanto, Ilia “something” Petrov, Aaron “mindfreak” Leonhart, and Khalish “d4v41” Rusyaidee have all extended their contracts with the Singaporean organization.
f0rsakeN has reaffirmed his ongoing commitment to remain with Paper Rex at least until the year 2026. Meanwhile, something, mindfreak, and d4v41 have inked new contracts that bind them to Paper Rex at least until 2025. The most recent addition to the team for the season, Cahya “Monyet” Nugraha, has already secured a contract until 2025 since the time of his initial joining according to the Global Contract Database.

The core trio of f0rsakeN, mindfreak, and d4v41 has been an integral part of Paper Rex since their move from the organization’s Counter-Strike division in February 2021, with the latter two in particular remaining loyal since the team’s formation a year earlier. The inclusion of something in March 2023 propelled Paper Rex to new heights, leading to victory in the inaugural season of VCT Pacific in Seoul and an impressive second-place finish at VALORANT Champions Los Angeles last year.
In their journey, Paper Rex has participated in a total of seven international tournaments held in Berlin, Reykjavík, Copenhagen, Istanbul, São Paulo, Tokyo, and Los Angeles. They will next be seen in action at VALORANT Masters Madrid on March 14-24, having qualified through the VCT Pacific KICKOFF event in Seoul last month.
