The Korean star starts a new chapter in his career, venturing into a new region under the TEC banner for the VCT CN League.
CHINA – Titan Esports Club (TEC) have announced the blockbuster signing of Korean star Goo “Rb” Sang-min from DRX.
The news lands not long after the organization also announced the signing of Xing “LockM” Fuling and assistant coach Yao “YorkMonster” Kun, which makes them the only confirmed members going into the season alongside head coach Liu “3water” Miao. It also confirms an earlier report indicating the entry of the seasoned Korean flex player into the CN region for the upcoming season.
“We’re pleased to announce that RB has officially joined TEC Valorant, let’s welcome RB! We all look forward to having him, a professional top player, as a member of our team to spark off more wonderful performances as we embrace the future challenges together!” the announcement reads.

Rb, who achieved #11 at The VALO2ASIA Awards 2023, was the founding member of the Korean powerhouse that was formed in June 2020 under the Vision Strikers banner before being acquired by DRX in early 2022.
The 22-year-old is one of the most successful players to touch the game to this day, as he helped shape Vision Strikers’ legacy with an impressive streak of 103 consecutive wins during the first year of VALORANT. The departure of Rb from DRX follows the team’s struggle to replicate past international showings, where a 7-8th finish at VALORANT Masters Tokyo contributed to the slip down in rankings.
DRX showed some encouraging signs at Champions Los Angeles, in which they took a map off of EMEA powerhouse FNATIC in a dominating fashion before Rb and Zest were absent in the following two OFF//SEASON tournaments. This therefore brings an end to a 43-month period of competitive play between Rb and the DRX VS team.
TEC are gearing up for a hectic season ahead, with scheduled participation in the KICK//OFF VCT CN event, where two spots at VALORANT Masters Madrid are on the line. Little details are known regarding the current active roster of TEC as of the time of this publication.
