The slot allocation for VCT Ascension Pacific 2025 has been finalized.
THAILAND – Riot Games has officially revealed the slot allocation for the 2025 VCT Ascension Pacific, set to take place from October 13 to 26 in Bangkok, Thailand.
The tournament will maintain its 10-team format, with most regions receiving one slot each. However, with Southeast Asia now competing as a unified regional circuit, the region is guaranteed four slots plus the possibility of a fifth and sixth through flexible allocation.
These two flexible slots are reserved for VCT Pacific guest teams (Nongshim RedForce & BOOM Esports) that fail to qualify for Champions or do not meet the criteria to retain their league spot. Should those guest teams extend or be directly relegated to Challengers, the flexible slots will instead be awarded to SEA Challengers teams.
