The Riot Games ONE event has announced its return in 2023, featuring VALORANT and League of Legends.
JAPAN – Riot Games Japan has announced the first details about the 2023 Riot Games ONE event. Details are still scarce for this year as of the time of publishing, with the organizers having only announced the event’s return and the inclusion of VALORANT and League of Legends.
The Riot Games ONE 2022 event was hosted as part of a two-month integrated event held by the Japanese branch of Riot Games to commemorate the end of the year. With the concept of “Games, Fans, Riot, As ONE”, various events were held last year in both online and offline settings:

- Crazy Raccoon Cup
- Pro Invitational Online
- LIMITZ ALL-STAR
- In-person events:
- Crazy Raccoon Cup Special
- THE DEFIERS
- The k4sen
- Pro Invitational

The Riot Games ONE Pro Invitational last year took place on December 24 and was a particular stand out, with DRX, FNATIC, and Paper Rex taking turns playing in a set of best-of-one matches against local teams ZETA DIVISION and DetonatioN FocusMe. During the event, Riot Games also made their first announcement regarding VALORANT Masters Tokyo.
The Yokohama Arena, which accommodates up to 17,000 people, served as the venue for the previous year’s event. It has a history of hosting major concerts in the past, featuring artists such as NCT, BTS, Blackpink, and EXO.
