Ngô “crazyguy” Công Anh brings a wealth of experience to RRQ, having led Bleed Esports to the 2023 VCT Ascension Pacific title as their in-game leader, also with a storied career that traces back to his Counter-Strike days.
INDONESIA – RRQ have announced the signing of Ngô “crazyguy” Công Anh, who is set to take over as the team’s captain from Park “Estrella” Gun.
This marks crazyguy’s return to the VCT Pacific stage after his time with Bleed Esports in the 2024 season. Known as the ‘Beast from the East’ from his Counter-Strike days, he secured his spot in VCT Pacific with Bleed Esports by winning VCT Ascension Pacific in Bangkok two years ago, a journey that began with dominating the MY/SG circuit in the 2023 season.
However, after BLEED’s removal from VCT Pacific and the disbandment of their roster at the end of the season, crazyguy quickly found a new home with DSG in the tier-two Challengers SEA circuit. There, he helped the team secure victories in Split 3 and the OneGame Showdown last year.

More recently, following DSG’s abrupt exit from Challengers, the roster stuck together under the name KIMMY KITTENS, becoming one of the few non-backed teams to break into the top twelve of Southeast Asia, where they finished as runners-up at VALORANT Challengers SEA Split 1 behind FULL SENSE.
With crazyguy’s reputation as an outspoken player and seasoned IGL, RRQ will be looking to build on their momentum and cement themselves as the top SEA team in VCT Pacific, challenging regional giants like Paper Rex and Talon Esports while aiming for their first international appearance.
On the other side of the equation, crazyguy will be back as the sole Vietnamese representative in the tier-one VCT league.
This isn’t his first time playing with an Indonesia-majority roster such as RRQ. During his Counter-Strike: Global Offensive days, he was part of Recca Esports and TEAMnxl>, two of the region’s top teams at the time, where he played alongside Kevin “xccurate” Susanto and Saibani “fl1pzjder” Rahmad, respectively.

RRQ have one week to integrate the 28-year-old to their system before kicking off the VCT Pacific Regular Season against Nongshim RedForce—the very team that knocked them out of Kickoff.
With crazyguy’s signing, RRQ now have the following roster:
- 🇮🇩 David “xffero” Monangin
- 🇮🇩 Cahya “Monyet” Nugraha
- 🇷🇺 Maksim “Jemkin” Batorov
- 🇮🇩 Bryan “Kush” Setiawan
- 🇻🇳 Ngô “crazyguy” Công Anh
- 🇿🇦 Marthinus “Ewok” Walt (Head coach)
- 🇺🇸 Evan “Warbirds” Olzem (Assistant coach)
