VALORANT Challengers Southeast Asia (SEA) 2025 will be exclusively streamed on SOOP.
SOUTHEAST ASIA – SOOP will continue as the exclusive streaming partner for the 2025 VALORANT Challengers Southeast Asia (SEA) season.
In a recent statement to VALO2ASIA, Riot Games confirmed that VALORANT Challengers SEA will have exclusive live streaming for the current split (Split 3) as well as the 2025 season.
The 2025 VALORANT Challengers season will span the entire year, from January to December, and will include three Splits along with two Promotion/Relegation cycles leading up to the Ascension event in October. The season will conclude with additional Challengers events and OFF//SEASON tournaments.
Recently launched in June 2024, SOOP is a live-streaming platform designed for international esports and gaming audiences. Backed by the team behind South Korea’s AfreecaTV, SOOP has already secured high-profile partnerships, including one with League of Legends pro Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok.

SOOP previously operated the VALORANT Challengers Thailand 2024 series and holds the broadcasting rights for the VCT circuit in Thailand. On the international stage, SOOP has also hosted an annual OFF//SEASON series, debuting the 2023 AfreecaTV VALORANT League last year and preparing for the SOOP VALORANT League this December.
The ongoing VALORANT Challengers SEA Split 3 marks a transition from the previous Challengers format to a unified system that brings together the six Southeast Asia Challengers Leagues: Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, MY/SG, TW/HK, and Vietnam. In 2025, the new format will feature a fully consolidated qualification process through the in-game Premier system, giving more of the grassroots community the chance to try competitive play directly from their client and helping to bring more rising players into the VCT ecosystem.
Looking ahead, Jake Sin, Head of VALORANT Esports APAC, also mentioned in June that VALORANT Challengers SEA will “provide broadcast in multiple major languages, and strive to host roadshows in different countries around SEA.”
