Sentinels are set to defend their title at the SOOP VALORANT League, while Bilibili Gaming look to continue their winning streak against NRG and end the year strong.
SOUTH KOREA – SOOP (formerly AfreecaTV) has unveiled details for the upcoming SOOP VALORANT League, an OFF//SEASON tournament with a prize pool of US$80,000, running from December 10-15.
A total of eight teams will battle it out in the SOOP VALORANT League, with six of them receiving direct invitations. Defending champions Sentinels will return to defend their title, accompanied by NRG Esports as the Americas representatives. Bilibili Gaming will be the sole CN representatives and will look to make their international OFF//SEASON debut. The invited list is rounded out by three VCT Pacific teams: Gen.G, DRX, and Talon Esports.
Rounding out the eight-team lineup are Patiphan “CGRS” Posri’s Made in Thailand and Challengers VN champions Rapid Lofi, who secured their spots by winning the Thailand and Vietnam qualifiers, respectively.

Running the same format as last year, the eight teams will be split into two groups of four, with each group playing in a double-elimination format. The top two teams from each group will move on to the semifinals, and teams that lose twice will be eliminated. The semifinals will then proceed in a single-elimination format. All matches leading up to the finals will follow a best-of-three format, while the grand finals will culminate in a best-of-five matchup on Sunday.
The SOOP VALORANT League will make its return to the Sangam Colosseum in Seoul, offering a total prize pool of US$80,000, with the winning team claiming the top prize of US$25,000.
