FNATIC are confirmed to be one of the teams competing at the 2025 SVL (SOOP VALORANT League).
SOUTH KOREA – The SOOP VALORANT League (SVL) is returning for its 2025 edition, officially scheduled for December 2–7 at the Sangnam Colosseum, the home of the VCT Pacific League. This year’s tournament will host eight teams battling for a US$80,000 prize pool, continuing SVL’s tradition as one of Korea’s OFF//SEASON events.
This year’s lineup is headlined by five confirmed Pacific teams: DRX, Gen.G, T1, ZETA DIVISION, and RRQ. They will be joined by FNATIC, fresh off their impressive runners-up finish at VALORANT Champions Paris.
The remaining two slots will be filled by the winner of the Southeast Asia Qualifier and one additional team yet to be announced.

The Southeast Asia Qualifier, currently underway online, features eight teams from across the region: Global Esports, Team Secret, Motiv Esports, Xipto Esports, FULL SENSE, Team NKT, Fancy United Esports, and Sharper Esports. Only one of them will earn a place in Seoul to compete among the international field.
Once all eight teams are finalized, the tournament will kick off this December with a group stage featuring two groups of four. Each group will play out in a double-elimination format to determine the top two contenders who will move on to the playoffs.
From there, SVL will transition into a single-elimination bracket, culminating in a best-of-five grand final where the champions will take home US$25,000.

In 2024, Andrew “Verno” Maust led NRG Esports to victory over Gen.G in a thrilling best-of-five final. Before that, the 2023 Afreeca VALORANT League, which preceded the SVL name, was won by Sentinels after defeating Paper Rex in the grand finals.
As in previous years, SVL 2025 will be streamed exclusively on the SOOP platform, with official broadcasts available in English, Korean, Thai, and Vietnamese. Tickets for the 2025 edition of the SOOP VALORANT League will go on sale on Thursday, November 20 at 5 PM KST via Ticketlink.
