VCT Pacific has released the eighth episode of Homegrown, a docuseries shining the spotlight on some of the staple players and dives into their story.
SOUTH KOREA – The latest episode of the ‘Homegrown’ docuseries features RRQ member David “xffero” Monangin, best known for his LAN kill record at VALORANT Champions Istanbul 2022. It reflects on his journey, from his sacrifices in education and overcoming family opposition to becoming one of Indonesia’s most prominent players at the highest level of VALORANT.
“When family life got difficult, David “xffero” Monangin turned to gaming and spent his time at PC cafes. While his relatives in Surabaya, Indonesia at first rejected his passion for gaming, xffero’s mother came to realize there was something special about having a son with a talent for esports.
