XERXIA Esports sign former X10 CRIT lineup

XERXIA Esports has made its first foray into VALORANT with the signing of the former X10 CRIT roster.

In the process of putting together a new team, The Thai organization signed the former X10 Esports quartet of Itthirit “foxz” Ngamsaard, Panyawat “sushiboys” Subsiriroj, Nutchapon “sScary” Matarat, Thanamethk “Crws” Mahatthananuyut. The aforementioned players are joined by Thanachart “Surf” Rungapajaratkul. Yuttanagorn “Zeus” Kaewkongyai remains to stand behind the team as a coach.

Surf, the least known out of the lineup, is an up-and-coming prospect of the Thai scene. He was brought on last to take over the spot left open by the departure of Patiphan “Patiphan” Chaiwong to Overwatch League with Los Angeles Gladiators.

The squad had remarkable success throughout their tenure under the X10 CRIT (formerly X10 Esports) banner, having qualified for two major international LAN events: Masters 2 Reykjavik and VALORANT Champions. The team made headlines, particularly at VALORANT Champions, when they beat Keyd Stars and one of the tournament favorites, Envy, en route to qualifying for the quarter-finals. Following that, X10 fell short to the Masters Berlin champions, Gambit Esports, 1-2.

The team’s first test under their new colors will be in FPSThailand VALORANT Tournament, in which they will face off against the likes of FULL SENSE, Sharper Esport, Team NKT, and Attack All Around between January 19-27.
