Paris in Charge, Paris in Sight.
CHINA – All Gamers have named Gu “Paris” Chao as their new head coach, stepping into the role vacated by Yang “Fire3” Yingjie, who resigned in March after just two months due to health concerns.
Paris will now lead the team through the important months ahead, with the ultimate goal of securing a spot at the year-end VALORANT Champions event in Paris.
Paris brings with him a reputation for delivering results, having previously served on the coaching staff of Bilibili Gaming during their historic run at VALORANT Champions Los Angeles in 2023 as an assistant coach. That campaign saw BLG defy expectations by eliminating North American giants NRG Esports in back-to-back victories. However, since the close of the 2023 season, Paris has remained absent from the tier-one scene—until now.

All Gamers have faced an uphill battle in the VCT CN circuit this season, with their most recent official match win tracing back to the Shanghai event in June 2024. Despite an aggressive roster-building strategy that saw the team expand to as many as 12 players at one point, All Gamers struggled to translate that depth into meaningful results so far, going winless in every single game this year.
Now grouped into the competitive Group Omega for VCT CN Stage 2, All Gamers face a daunting task ahead. Their group includes reigning Stage 1 champions XLG, along with Wolves Esports, Dragon Ranger Gaming, Nova Esports, and FunPlus Phoenix.
With zero circuit points accumulated so far this year, All Gamers must secure a top-two finish in Stage 2 to keep their VALORANT Champions dreams alive.

Before Stage 2 kicks off, All Gamers will test the waters with head coach Paris in the CN Evolution Series Act 2, taking place from May 8–12. The tournament will offer an additional incentive, as the top two finishers will earn spots at the 2025 Esports World Cup.
