Rex Regum Qeon have announced that they have cut ties with their Kaguya Game Changers roster.
INDONESIA – Rex Regum Qeon have decided to part ways with their Game Changer roster, RRQ Kaguya, following the end of the season.
The move comes two weeks after their runners-up finish in VCT Game Changers APAC Elite, narrowly missing qualification to the Global Championship in Brazil, losing out to Team SMG. RRQ Kaguya are now the second team to disband in the recent month, with Orangutan X previously doing so primarily due to a lack of scheduled Game Changers events for the remaining part of the year.
“This marks the end of their journey with RRQ,” Jonathan Hoo, Head of VALORANT at RRQ, commented on the departure of the Kaguya roster. “Super sad we have to let them go. They are a talented bunch of individuals. No doubt they will find a team soon. Thanks for all the memories!”

Rex Regum Qeon entered VCT Game Changers in January with the signing of the Alter Ego Celestè quartet in Nabila “nabbsky” Sulthana, Tiara “Alluka” Pleno, Nurul “Ayumiii” Aini, and July “Eisberg” Kusuma. Karla “bes” Reyes was added to the lineup two months later, completing the team’s core roster. Mary “capriciouS” Sabado, on the other hand, only briefly competed with the team in APAC Open 2 before parting ways in August.
RRQ Kaguya managed to qualify for all five VCT Game Changers APAC competitions and came close to winning the last two in APAC Open 3 and APAC Elite but finished in second place to Team SMG in both instances.
The future of RRQ Kaguya’s players is now up in the air. It is unclear if any of the roster members will stick together in the search for a new home, but nabbsky has already announced her decision to step back from competitive VALORANT and return to content creation and streaming.
