The Hong Kong-based organization will be fielding a majority-Filipino roster.
PHILIPPINES – Talon Esports have confirmed the first three members of their VALORANT roster. Last month, Talon Esports made headlines when the organization announced its plan to expand its esports venture into VALORANT, specifically in the Philippines. Additionally, Talon Esports had organized a tryout process for prospective candidates late last month.
Headlining the roster will be “GabbyDiz” and “gnaru”, who formerly represented “Bestial” last year. The pair joins Talon Esports’ active roster with no prior experience playing in the upper-echelon of Filipino VALORANT, having never qualified for the main event of the VCT Philippines circuit last year. Nevertheless, it will be interesting to see new names compete and prove their worth in the upcoming Stage.
Joining them will be Mark “markL” Lester. The Filipino Duelist has taken a unique career path in comparison to the majority of players in the last two years by competing internationally for various MY/SG teams since First Strike, and most recently for Vietnamese team “OK” who made it to the top six of VCT Vietnam Stage 1 Challengers. This will be markL’s first appearance on a Filipino roster throughout his career.
Two more players are anticipated to be revealed in the coming days as the roster lock for VALORANT Champions Tour Philippines Stage 2 Challengers ends on March 26.

We know that the Philippines has world-class talent and look forward in strengthening the country’s representation on the international stage,” said Xiao “Sean” Zhang, CEO of Talon Esports.
Talon Esports will be on display in the VCT Philippines Stage 2 Challengers Open Qualifier, which is set to kick off on April 30 – May 1.
