Sha “ZesBeeW” Mohtar rounds out the BOOM Esports’ roster heading into Split 2 for their Ascension bid.
INDONESIA – BOOM Esports have announced the signing of former Bigetron Arctic player Sha “ZesBeeW” Mohtar to their VALORANT team. The 24-year-old comes aboard to fill the gap left by his former Bigetron Arctic teammate, Oliver “budimeisteR” Wangge, who departed from the BOOM roster just last month.
The signing marks the third occasion where BOOM Esports have turned to the ex-Bigetron Arctic roster for reinforcements, having previously secured Sheldon “NcSlasher” Andersen and the now-departed budimeisteR.
ZesBeeW is making a comeback to the Indonesian circuit after his tenure with Bigetron Arctic throughout the 2023 season. The Singaporean played an important role in securing BTR’s inaugural VCT trophy, leading the team to victory in Challengers Indonesia Split 1 with an impressive team-leading rating of 1.15 over 632 rounds.
However, the team couldn’t replicate this success in the following split, finishing fourth and consequently missing out on the opportunity to play at VCT Ascension Pacific Bangkok.

After the disbandment of Bigetron Arctic, ZesBeeW returned to the MY/SG circuit and played with the non-backed ENDER team for the 2024 APAC Predator League and VALORANT Challengers MY/SG Split 1 early this year.
BOOM Esports are banking on the addition of the Singaporean player to stabilize their roster as they gear up for their most crucial campaign of the year in VALORANT Challengers Indonesia Split 2. The winning team of this split will secure a ticket to VCT Ascension Pacific 2024 in Tokyo, Japan.
ZesBeeW is set to make his debut in BOOM Esports colors in the Regular Season, as the team has been directly invited back to the main event following their top-two finish.
