The Filipino-Vietnamese squad will continue playing together while they search for a new home.
PHILIPPINES – The news of ALPHA Esports Pro parting ways with its roster follows the end of the BLEED Summer Open tournament, where the team around Enrico “Ching” Perez finished second, the Filipino organization has announced. The team will be sticking together moving forward.
“We will be disbanding ALPHA Esports Pro until further notice,” a statement from the organization reads. “What once was a burning hope for the PH VALORANT Scene will have to dim its light in the meantime. We love our players to the bone, and we wish them nothing but achievements and success for the months and years to come. This sucks, but we will be back for sure.”

ALPHA Esports Pro’s core roster first came together in April 2021, qualifying for nearly all of the main events of VCT Philippines since then, but has never come close to lifting the trophy. Moving to 2022, the team had several changes to the lineup and quickly found swift success as they placed second in the AXE Genesis Tournament and, most importantly, qualified for the VCT Philippines Stage 2 Challengers Playoffs with victories over NAOS Esports, Bren Esports, Oasis Gaming, and Team Secret in the group stage, but shortly afterwards Ryu “AreyouRyu” Torres and Gian “GianSanity” Abilla departed the roster.
With Troy “Yort” Hiramia and former Team Big BAAM player Phạm “d0rf” Huỳnh Toàn Quốc enlisted as replacements, the team went on to snatch second place in the BLEED Summer Open tournament by taking down the likes of NAOS Esports twice and No Namers before losing to eventual champions Gaimin Gladiators twice in the upper bracket final and grand final.
Following the disbandment of ALPHA Esports Pro, VALO2ASIA has learned that the lineup is currently in negotiations with an organization and nothing has been finalized yet.
