The VALORANT Radiant International Invitational is part of a two-week year-end festival in China, during which the city of Fuzhou will be transformed into a full-scale VALORANT celebration.
CHINA – China’s signature end-of-year VALORANT invitational is officially returning in 2025, this time under a new name: the VALORANT Radiant International Invitational. Unlike last year’s Asia-only edition, the 2025 tournament expands its scope to welcome teams from around the world.
Set in Fuzhou, the capital city of Fujian province in Southeast China, the VALORANT Radiant International Invitational will run from December 18–21 and feature a six-team lineup. Fuzhou will play host to teams and fans as it becomes the next Chinese city to immerse itself fully in VALORANT festivities.

The Radiant International Invitational forms the centerpiece of the 2025 VALORANT Year-End Esports Party, a city-wide festival spanning December 18–21 and December 25–28.
This two-week celebration features a packed program, including the National Competition Grand Finals for VALORANT PC and Mobile, year-end fan activities, live entertainment, interactive booths, and appearances from professional players, creators, cosplayers, and special guests.
Last year’s edition, then called the VALORANT Radiant Asia Invitational, took place in Chengdu and saw Southeast Asian powerhouse Paper Rex defeat Japan’s DetonatioN FocusMe in the grand final.

If the recent VCT CN Stage 2 Playoffs in Chongqing are any indication, fans can expect Fuzhou to be transformed into a full VALORANT-themed city experience. Chongqing’s downtown areas were filled with branded installations, fan zones, and side events during the playoffs, a model likely to be repeated on an even larger scale for the year-end festivities in Fuzhou.
Participants and tournament details have yet to be announced and will likely be revealed closer to the event.
