Alter Ego player Thomas “Cud” Alfiantino has been awarded the Most Valuable Player (MVP) title at the 2025 APAC Predator League.
MALAYSIA – Thomas “Cud” Alfiantino has been named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the 2025 APAC Predator League after spearheading Alter Ego’s grand final victory against ZOL Esports from the Philippines.
Along with the MVP title and a US$10,000 prize, 19-year-old Cud also earned the Best Sentinel Player award, securing an additional US$20,000 on top of the team’s first-place prize of US$65,000.
Thomas Alfiantino (Cud) posted an impressive 1.21 VLR rating over 151 rounds, making him the highest-rated player on his team. He shone in the grand finals, playing Cypher on both maps—Sunset (13-11) and Split (13-11)—and was instrumental in Alter Ego’s success.
Since the signing of Cud at the start of 2024, Alter Ego have continued to be a consistent frontrunner in the Indonesian VALORANT scene, securing podium finishes in every Challengers event across all three Splits, including a championship in Split 1.
