In-game leader Park “Estrella” Gun has officially left RRQ after a season with the team.
SOUTH KOREA – Park “Estrella” Gun have parted ways with RRQ (Rex Regum Qeon), bringing an end to his 18-month tenure as the team’s captain. Although the Indonesia-based organization has not officially commented on Estrella, VCT Pacific confirmed the move in a tweet, stating that Estrella is out and Ngô “crazyguy” Công Anh is taking his place.
The 25-year-old Korean player became a part of RRQ in September 2023 to reinforce their roster for the 2024 season, helping them establish a stronger reputation as a legitimate contender and secure their first-ever VCT Pacific playoff appearance in Stage 2.
However, their run towards Champions Seoul qualification was cut short in the first round by eventual champions Gen.G, finishing in 5th-6th place.

At the 2025 VCT Pacific Kickoff, RRQ showed resilience by taking down DetonatioN FocusMe but fell to Gen.G in a close 2-1 series. They bounced back by eliminating Team Secret but fell short against Nongshim RedForce in another three-map battle—a series that featured a record-breaking 22-20 marathon on Lotus in favor of the Korean squad. All four of RRQ’s matches under Estrella’s leadership in Stage 2 went the full distance.
RRQ have one week to integrate their new player before kicking off the VCT Pacific Regular Season against Nongshim RedForce—the very team that knocked them out of Kickoff.
RRQ now have:
- 🇮🇩 David “xffero” Monangin
- 🇮🇩 Cahya “Monyet” Nugraha
- 🇷🇺 Maksim “Jemkin” Batorov
- 🇮🇩 Bryan “Kush” Setiawan
- 🇻🇳 Ngô “crazyguy” Công Anh
- 🇿🇦 Marthinus “Ewok” Walt (Head coach)
- 🇺🇸 Evan “Warbirds” Olzem (Assistant coach)
