This marks the end of Autumn’s three-year tenure with T1 since joining in 2022.
SOUTH KOREA – T1 have officially parted ways with head coach Yoon “Autumn” Eu-teum and coach Seol “Indigo” Do-hoon following the conclusion of the 2025 VCT season.
This marks the end of Autumn’s three-year tenure with the Korean organization since joining in 2022, while Indigo departs after a year with the team, having joined in October last year.
Formerly a part of Cloud9, Autumn made the move to T1 during the organization’s North American VALORANT era, joining through a trade deal that also brought over Son “xeta” Seon-ho. The duo’s signing marked an important shift for T1 at the time, as the team sought to rebuild its roster and structure with a stronger Korean backbone while still competing out of North America.

When T1 was later confirmed as one of the VCT Partner Teams for the Pacific League, Autumn returned to his home country to continue his role as coach. Since then, he has been involved in the team’s progress as a head coach in the VCT Pacific League. In their debut season in the 2023 VCT Pacific League, T1 impressed with a strong third-place finish, securing qualification for both international events in Tokyo and Los Angeles though not achieving standout results against international opposition.
The momentum carried into the 2024 season, where T1 consistently hovered near podium finishes and earned another international berth at VALORANT Masters Shanghai. However, their performance dipped later in the year, ending Stage 2 in seventh place.
In preparation for the 2025 season, the team embarked on a major rebuild, assembling what many described as a Korean superteam. The roster saw the arrival of star players Kim “Meteor” Tae-oh and Yu “BuZz” Byung-chul, alongside the return of Ko “Sylvan” Young-sub, who made his comeback to competitive play after spending a period on the sidelines. That was also around the time they brought in Seol “indigo” Do-hoon, formerly a coach for T1 Academy who later went on to lead the pre-Ascension Nongshim RedForce roster during the 2024 season.
2025 was the year T1 had been waiting for since their first entry into VALORANT, as they finally won an international event, emerging as the champions of VALORANT Masters Bangkok as underdogs against several of the tournament favorites. Led by coach Autumn, they defeated G2 Esports 3-2 in the grand finals, making history as the second Pacific team to lift an international trophy after Gen.G.

The following campaigns throughout the rest of the year, however, fell short of expectations for a championship-caliber team. T1 bowed out of Stage 1 in 7-8th place, missing out on VALORANT Masters Bangkok, and later finished fourth in Stage 2, earning them the fourth Pacific seed for VALORANT Champions Paris, where they ultimately placed 9-12th.
As of now, Lee “CheongGak” Il-ho remains the sole member of T1’s coaching staff, with no updates regarding the appointment of a new head coach, though it’s likely that someone new will be brought in to lead the team’s direction moving forward.
T1 currently have:
