Global Esports have announced the departure of Park “Bazzi” Jun-ki for the second time.
INDIA – Park “Bazzi” Jun-ki leaves Global Esports after his second stint with the Indian organization where he initially played during the 2023 season and returned in a substitute role for the first half of the 2024 season.
It was clear from the start that Bazzi’s return was only intended for a substitute role. Global Esports CEO Rushindra Sinha reiterated this last month, saying, “Unless there is an emergency. The team hasn’t been scrimming with him,” when asked about the possibility of the Korean player participating in matches this season.
In his recent statement, Rushindra also mentioned Bazzi’s upcoming mandatory Korean military service. “Thank you Bazzi for stepping in for our emergency stand-in at such short notice in case our players had visa issues or any other issue. We wish you all the best and hope we get a chance to do something in the future, probably after your KR service.”

The following stage will see teams compete in inter-group play, with Global Esports playing against the other teams in Group Alpha: Team Secret, Bleed Esports, T1, and Gen.G.
