The former Point Blank world champion will be headlining Sharper Esport’s new roster for Challengers Thailand.
THAILAND – Sharper Esport have installed Manutsawat “Reality” Sangphadung as the new head coach of their VALORANT team. The 26-year-old will take over from Tuwanon “z3rIw” Siriwongmongkol, who recently departed the team following a three-year tenure that started in the 2021 VCT season.
The opportunity will mark Reality’s first time occupying an official head coach role for a team. Despite joining Sharper Esport with limited coaching experience, Reality boasts an impressive track record from his playing days in the domestic Thai FPS scene, competing in the upper echelons of Point Blank, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, and more recently, VALORANT.

His career in Point Blank ended with an impressive runners-up performance at the Point Blank World Challenge (PBWC) 2016 and taking the most prestigious trophy of the scene in 2017 while also being the MVP. In the same year, Reality decided to step down from the Point Blank roster and take a different path in his career by switching to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and continuing to play under the banner of the same organization, Signature Gaming.
During his time in Valve’s FPS, Reality represented Signature Gaming, Maple, MiTH, and ZIGMA and shared the stages with the likes of Patiphan “CGRS” Posri, Phoomphat “qqGod” Phojjanart, Patcharapon “NIFFY” Junman, and Sattawut “Leaf” Reathong, among others. His transition to VALORANT to play under organizational backing happened just last year with CRIT Esports who finished in fourth place in the 2023 VALORANT Challengers Thailand Split 2.
