Trace Esports will make their next appearance in the upcoming VCT CN League, which is set to take place on February 22.
CHINA – Trace Esports has revealed their starting lineup for the upcoming VCT CN season, opting to retain their current five players while also announcing the addition of Cui “cxyy” Xinyu from Night Wings Gaming.
Gu “destroyeR” Jiaming, with a wealth of experience from his playing days in Counter-Strike with EHOME and Invictus Gaming, will take on the role of head coach to guide the six-man roster led by Ho “HeiB” Shun-hei.
The foundation of Trace Esports is built upon the former Totoro Gaming core, known for their strong presence in the upper echelons of CN VALORANT in the past seasons. In recent times, TE have consistently secured positions above fourth place in the China Evolution Series and ultimately landed in third place on the circuit points table, positioned just below overwhelming favorites EDward Gaming and Rare Atom.

Duelist Lu “Kai” Zhinan is another high-profile name whose services Trace Esports acquired in September last year from Bilibili Gaming. Rounding out the roster is cxyy, who was with Night Wings Gaming in the 2023 season and played mostly with controller agents similar to Luo “Flex1n” Rui.
Trace Esports will make their next appearance in the upcoming VCT CN League, which is set to take place on February 22, where two spots at VALORANT Masters Madrid are up for grabs.
