The three teams moving on to the VALORANT Challengers South Asia Split 2 Finale in Mumbai are decided.
INDIA – VALORANT Challengers South Asia Split 2 has reached its finale stage, with just three teams left standing. The last two matches, including the lower and grand finals, will be held at Phoenix Marketcity Mall in Mumbai, India.
Much like last year, the South Asian circuit continues to be dominated by Indian teams. Legacy organizations such as Velocity Gaming, Revenant Esports XSpark, and Reckoning Esports have remained active, while S8UL Esports — one of the biggest esports orgs in India — has entered the VALORANT scene with a mixed India-Indonesia roster early this year. Newcomers like D0T EXE, XØ Ind, and Asterisk have also made waves this year by making main events, hoping to upset the region’s veterans.

The circuit kicked off in March with Split 1, featuring six invited teams and two qualifier teams battling in a two-week single round-robin group stage. The top six earned direct slots to Split 2, along with Challengers SA points and prize money.
Split 2 brought together eight teams: five from Split 1, two from the promotion/relegation stage, and Global Esports Academy, who were immune from relegation due to their academy status — though ineligible for Ascension. Split 3 will take place after VALORANT Masters Toronto, with details to be revealed closer to the event.
Following a fierce competition that began on May 5, only three teams remain in Split 2. Velocity Gaming and Revenant XSpark are set to play each other in the upper final on May 31 at 17:30 GMT+8, while Reckoning Esports await in the lower final for a chance at redemption later that day.

Velocity Gaming — Split 1’s reigning champions — boast a star-studded roster featuring former Global Esports members SkRossi, Lightningfast, and Russ, alongside Indonesian imports damaraa and Madelyn. Revenant XSpark are led by rising Indian talent venka, backed by experienced veterans antidote, rawfiul and DEATHMAKER, with international support from Filipino duo Georggyyy and azys.
Reckoning Esports bring a seasoned lineup of Deadly10, Paradox, and tricky, along with two high-performing Russian imports: Bgg and moner, both of whom currently rank among the top 10 highest-rated players in SA Split 2.
The Grand Finals are set for Sunday, June 1, where crucial Circuit Points will be up for grabs toward qualifying for VCT Ascension Pacific 2025. Catch all the action live on Twitch, Facebook, and YouTube via the official channels listed below:
