A team of eight will be tasked with covering the English broadcast for VCT Pacific Kickoff.
SOUTH KOREA – Riot Games has unveiled the eight-person team set to lead the English-language coverage for the VCT Pacific Kickoff, which kicks off on January 18th and runs through February 9th. The event taking place at the Sangam Colosseum will feature 12 teams, including the newly promoted Ascension teams Nongshim RedForce and BOOM Esports, all competing for the two highly sought-after spots at VALORANT Masters Bangkok.
The on-air talent lineup blends both familiar faces and fresh additions from last season. Seth “Achilios” King and Clinton “Paperthin” Bader are back to deliver their signature duo commentary, joined by Victoria “ChubbyNinja” Cheng, Kentrell “heyimquack” Kwek, Mika “Mikafabs” Fabella, and William “Chobra” Cho.
However, it was recently confirmed that Chobra will part ways with the broadcast team after this event, marking his final appearance following his participation since the inaugural 2023 season.

From the Land Down Under, Mitchell “pilski” Pilipowski will be making his debut on the VCT Pacific broadcast. Pilski has previously appeared in the 2024 VCT Ascension EMEA and Pacific English broadcasts and is a familiar face in the Challengers Oceania scene. He also cast the grand finals of the 2024 VCT Ascension Pacific alongside heyimquack.
The seven aforementioned names were also part of the judging panel for the 2024 VALO2ASIA Awards, where they helped recognize the top players from across the APAC region. You can check out the results here.
Completing the roster is Morgan “BigTime” Jay, who is making the transition to broadcast talent after coaching Global Esports in VCT Pacific and serving as an analyst for MAD Lions in the EMEA tier-two region. This marks the first time VCT Pacific will include a coach as part of the permanent broadcast team, following Marthinus “Ewok” Walt who was brought on as an analyst for VCT Ascension Pacific in Jakarta.
