With the regular season played off, the playoff bracket for the VCT Pacific League is now known.
SOUTH KOREA – VCT Pacific has reached the playoffs, where the final six teams in the league remain standing vying for a share of the US$250,000 prize pool and three spots at Masters Tokyo and Champions Los Angeles.
The six playoff teams will have the next three to four days to prepare for the upcoming stage, which starts on Friday with the upper-bracket quarter-final matches. It will be played in front of a live audience at the Sangam Colosseum, with the final two matches (Lower bracket final and Grand final) set to be played at the Jangchung Stadium.

As mentioned earlier, the first two upper-bracket quarter-final matches are set for Friday, May 19. In the first upper-bracket quarter-final, ZETA DIVISION will face off against Team Secret, while the second quarter-final will feature a Korean showdown between T1 and Gen.G.
The playoff action will continue throughout the weekend with the upper semi-final matches on Saturday, followed by the lower-bracket quarter-finals on Sunday, and the upper-final and lower-bracket semi-final on Monday. The competition will resume on Saturday, May 27, with the upper final, followed by the grand final on Sunday. Both of these matches will be contested in a best-of-five format.
The top two seeds from the Regular Season, DRX and Paper Rex, will await their opponents in the upper-bracket semi-finals, enjoying an extra day of rest. By winning their first playoff match, both DRX and Paper Rex will secure a spot in the top three and therefore qualify for the next two international events in Tokyo and LA.
T1 and Gen.G are on the same side of the bracket as the Singapore-based team, while DRX might face Team Secret once again if Jessie “JessieVash” Cristy Cuyco and co. can overcome ZETA DIVISION.
The VCT Pacific playoffs will begin on Friday at 4 PM SGT (UTC+8), with the following matchups:

- 4 PM SGT – ZETA DIVISION vs. Team Secret
- 6:30 PM – T1 vs. Gen.G
Saturday, May 20
- 4 PM – DRX vs. ZETA/TS
- 6:30 PM – Paper Rex vs. T1/GENG
Sunday, May 21
- 4 PM – Lower bracket quarter-finals #1
- 6:30 PM – Lower bracket quarter-finals #2
Monday, May 22
- 4 PM – Upper final
- 6:30 PM – Lower bracket semi-final
Saturday, May 27
- 4 PM – Lower final
Sunday, May 28
- 4 PM – Grand final
Meanwhile, DetonatioN FocusMe ended the regular season of VCT Pacific without a single victory. Since their formation in October of the previous year, the team has been unable to secure a series win in any of their matches at the Riot Games ONE Pro invitational, VCT LOCK//IN, and VCT Pacific.
Having won just two out of the 20 maps played (2-18), the Japanese side hold the bottom position in maps won among all 30 teams competing in the three international leagues.
DFM, Talon Esports, Global Esports, and Rex Regum Qeon have all been eliminated and secured their places in the upcoming APAC Last Chance Qualifier in mid-July. They will still have a chance to qualify for the VALORANT Champions at the end of the year.
