A star-studded lineup is all set to enliven the third VALORANT global championship in Los Angeles.
UNITED STATES – Riot Games has announced the on-air team that will guide the viewers through the official English broadcast of VALORANT Champions 2023, with VCT Pacific regulars Victoria “ChubbyNinja” Cheng, Seth “Achilios” King, and Clinton “Paperthin” Bader among the selected.
The event will start with the group stage on August 7, from which only eight of the sixteen teams will advance and earn the chance to claim the lion’s share of US$2,250,000 in the KIA Forum.

Leading the desk discussions will be VCT regulars Yinsu “Yinsu” Collins and Alex “Goldenboy” Mendez, with the duo being joined by Pacific’s very own Victoria “ChubbyNinja” Cheng who is set to make her first hosting appearance in an international VALORANT tournament.
Making a comeback to the international stage is Sean “sgares” Gares in the role of an analyst, along with Mimi “aEvilcat” Wermcrantz.
Five dedicated commentator pairs have been handpicked to furnish audiences with real-time game breakdowns and analytical insights for the games, with the iconic pairing of Lauren “Pansy” Scott and Michael “hypoc” Robins being joined by Tom “Tombizz” Bissmire and Mitch “MitchMan” McBride. There is more, with fan favorite Plat Chat duo Brennon “Bren” Hook and Josh “Sideshow” Wilkinson joining Arten “Ballatw” Esa and Doug “EsportsDoug” Cortez.
Rounding out the list will be another VCT Pacific’s own Seth “Achilios” King and Clinton “Paperthin” Bader, bringing with them not only their deep knowledge of the Pacific teams but also a keen understanding of international dynamics. Since their first appearance at First Strike Korea three years ago, Achilios and Paperthin have consistently delivered riveting performances to audiences during tier-one regional tournaments in Asia, most notably the VCT Pacific League. Moreover, they have also served on the judging panel for the past two iterations of The VALO2ASIA Awards.
