One Up Organizer has become well-acquainted with operating events for the VALORANT Champions Tour circuit, as they have been responsible for operating the Indonesian leg since its inception, beginning with the inaugural event, First Strike Indonesia, in 2020.
“We are humbled and proud as the first Indonesian-born brand and company doing an international event in a foreign country, with this official appointment from Riot Games to hold its first Ascension Pacific for VCT 2023,” said Robert Siedharta Halim, Managing Director at One Up Organizer, to VALO2ASIA.
“We came a long way, putting endless brainstorming and discussion with everyone at One Up Organizer on how to bring a focused player tournament and definitely an enjoyable experience for both offline and online audiences. We are grateful to be appointed by Riot as tournament operator. We are definitely looking forward to working side by side with other regional TOs to ensure that every audience across the Pacific region can take part in the first Ascension LAN tournament.
We hope this tournament will be exciting for both online and onsite fans. We will see you folks at VCT Challengers Ascension: Pacific, Bangkok!”
As the tournament draws nearer, Riot Games has also announced that event tickets will be available in the coming weeks.
