The Thai team led by Thanachok “notxd” Rattanapranee should make their first appearance with the X10 CRIT banner next week in VCT Thailand Stage 1 Challengers.
THAILAND — X10 CRIT have announced a complete restructure of their squad, retaining only coach Yuranun “0bi” Sangurang in the process. In addition, the team has been invited to the main event of VCT Thailand Stage 1 Challengers alongside FULL SENSE, Sharper Esport, and XERXIA Esports despite fielding relatively unproven names.
The new additions to the squad are Thanachok “notxd” Rattanapranee, Nuttadet “xcool” Wijit, Kitisak “SeveN89” Kititharakun, Apiwat “garnetS” Apiraksukumal, and Phakphon “Flukky” Sukhonchasiri.
Notxd, most known for his recent year-long spell with Sharper Esport, joins the team will take the reins of X10 CRIT as the team’s new in-game leader. SeveN89, on the other hand, has never featured in an official VALORANT match but has previously played for top Thai CS:GO teams with the likes of foxz, PTC, and JohnOlsen under Lucid Dream, as well as ALPHA Red. The 22-year-old Controller will make his VALORANT debut on this team.
The remaining three players come in as unproven prospects, having spent 2021 plying their trades for mixed teams. xcool was a part of the ‘wicket berg team’ that qualified for the second and third weeks of the 2021 VCT Thailand Stage 3 Challengers. Flukky and garnetS, who will take the duelist position, have just three series recorded to their names so far.
“We believe in nurturing young bloods and give them the opportunity to compete at the highest level,” the announcement reads.
The new-look X10 CRIT are in for a baptism of fire as they will make their first appearance for the organization in the group stage of VCT Thailand Stage 1 Challengers from February 10.
