The pair of former SV Empire members fill the final two spots on the RRQ roster.
PHILIPPINES — Jed “Draxii” Jamir and Nathaniel “Nexi” Cabero have found a new home in RRQ (Rex Regum Qeon), joining the organization two weeks after the conclusion of VCT Philippines Stage 3 Challengers. The pair link up with the remaining trio of RRQ players who were acquired in early January as part of the organization’s expansion into the Filipino VALORANT scene.
The Controller-Sentinel duo was part of the now-defunct SV Empire that decided to stick together under the Looking for Org (LFO) banner in Stage 1. Despite being unsigned, LFO came close to qualifying for the playoff stage of VCT Philippines Stage 1 Challengers after beating South Built Esports and NAOS Esports but fell short at the last hurdle.

RRQ have now completed their lineup, having released Trixtan “Tr1X” Viray, Mikko “Hemsyxx” Gumapac, and Dustin “skadooskurt” Dollente in early March, just less than two months after the team’s introduction. The team will maintain a five-man roster instead of six this time around.
RRQ have struggled to surpass other sub-top Filipino squads during their first appearance in VCT Philippines Stage 1 Challengers and were eliminated early in the open qualifier following losses to Bren Esports and GrindSky Esports. Heading into Stage 2, the team hopes that the additions of the pair, as well as the new coaching staff, will help them overcome that hurdle and begin taking titles.
The team will have plenty of time to prepare with their new players since they have no significant events lined up as they await the new season to start.
RRQ will field the following roster moving forward:
- 🇵🇭 Kelly “kellyS” Sedillo
- 🇵🇭 Francis “Rabbet” Buñag
- 🇵🇭 Vince “Flash” Medado
- 🇵🇭 Jed “Draxii” Jamir
- 🇵🇭 Nathaniel “Nexi” Cabero
- 🇵🇭 Paco “Vyminal” Santos (Head coach)
- 🇵🇭 Jose “Rbtx” Carlo Jamir (Coach)
