Oasis Gaming and ZOL Esports earned spots at the 2024 APAC Predator League after reigning supreme in the Philippines Qualifier.
PHILIPPINES – Oasis Gaming and ZOL Esports have booked spots at the 2024 APAC Predator League following victories over NAOS Esports and Valhalla, respectively, in the Philippines Qualifier. The pair join the likes of Orangutan, Todak, Team NKT, and others in the US$100,000 event, set to take place on January 11-14, 2024, in Manila, Philippines.
ZOL Esports secured their qualification as the first team by overcoming Eroll Jule “EJAY” Delfin’s Valhalla in the semi-finals. Prior to that match, they had already triumphed over Ivy League Gaming and ABS in the group stage, though they experienced a narrow 12-14 defeat to Oasis Gaming.

The qualification comes as an invaluable boost for ZOL Esports, who will attend their first-ever LAN event since welcoming Elmer “micr0” Coloma, Oscar “Kakarot” Jr., and Franz “kevzii” Dingal in August.
Oasis Gaming emerged as the second team to earn their spot in Manila by besting their in-country rivals, NAOS Esports, thus denying the Filipino Ascension representatives a chance at the Predator event. Jed “Draxii” Jamir and co. also claimed the first seed position from the Philippines by overcoming ZOL Esports in the grand final and are set to attend the event as the favorites of the home crowd, proudly boasting a perfect 5W-0L record from the regional qualifier.
APAC Predator League now has six spots up for grabs, which will be filled by the regional winners from Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Korea, and Taiwan.
