As the last and final international event is almost upon us, we take a look at the six players from Asia that you should keep a close eye on at the 2022 VALORANT Champions.

Riot Games has kicked off the Champions 2022 hype with an in-game update that brings the exclusive and highly-anticipated Champions 2022 bundle, which contains a premium Phantom and Butterfly Knife with unique visual effects. 

Starting next Wednesday at 10 PM SGT, VALORANT Champions 2022 will run for sixteen days from August 31 to September 18. Sixteen teams around the world will be competing for status as the second world champions in VALORANT history.

VALORANT Champions 2022 will be aired live on all major platforms, including YouTube and Twitch. For YouTube, the games will be officially streamed on the VALORANT Champions Tour channel.

The eight teams who will compete in VCT Game Changers APAC Elite for a coveted spot at the Game Changers Championship have been determined. 

The Türkiye capital plans to welcome the public to the Volkswagen (VW) Arena for the year’s most prestigious VALORANT event, Champions, from September 9-18.

After the inaugural edition of the Skyesports Pro Invitational was won by Enigma Gaming, the organizer announced the next season, this time featuring more than double the prize pool of the last one. 

VALORANT Champions will be a stacked tournament with a roster featuring 16 of the world’s greatest teams this year, including FunPlus Phoenix, Paper Rex, and OpTic among others. 

Riot Games has announced its new plans for the upcoming VALORANT Champions Tour circuit to take place over the course of 2023.
