A part of the Oasis Gaming Aqua lineup will remain united and are already on the lookout for a new home
Oasis Gaming has announced the disbandment of its all-female VALORANT lineup, concluding its four-month journey with the Oasis Gaming Aqua players. Furthermore, four of the Thai players will remain together, temporarily resurrecting the ‘Mad Army’ flag until they find a new home.
Initially, Oasis Gaming acquired three of the former Mad Army players: Muffyn, Anko, and babytz on May 1st, to form Oasis Gaming Aqua along with three Filipino players: Stan, Lax, and Zini. The aforementioned Filipino players have chosen to withdraw from the squad due to “other obligations” such as school and work-related stuff.
“We want to thank Oasis Gaming for supporting us since day one. We will come back stronger!”
– Chalita “Muffyn” Buathong told VALO2ASIA in a brief statement.
During their tenure, the Thai-Filipino side peaked at #5 in the FSL Circuit Rankings, right after their third-place finish at FSL Open VI. Throughout its career, the team earned numerous podium finishes, including a runner-up finish at the FSL Open IV and a third-place finish at the FSL Open VI, establishing themselves as one of the strongest all-female teams in Southeast Asia.

“As the saying goes, all good things must come to an end. With that, we say thank you and goodbye to our all-female Valorant team as they will be pursuing their personal paths such as board exams, studies, and work.” the announcement reads.
“It has been a great year despite the roster changes, the ups and downs but it has all been worth it. We want to thank Muffyn, Anko, and Babytz for bringing the team to greater heights. Special thanks to Stan, Lax, and Zini who have been with us since the creation of Oasis Gaming Aqua. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts because without you, Oasis wouldn’t be what it is today without your efforts. May the road from Oasis guide you all to your next destination. Thank you, girls!”
Muffin, Anko, and babytz will join KanonZ and superpoly under the Mad Army tag, who had also played for joined Oasis Gaming Aqua during the FSL Open VI Playoffs. The team can be reached at [email protected].
