One Up has been appointed by Riot Games as tournament operator for VCT Ascension Pacific in Bangkok, Thailand

The VCL Indonesia Split 2 Playoffs will be held in Taman Anggrek Mall Jakarta, tournament organizer OneUp has revealed.

The move comes just days after Velocity Gaming failed to qualify for the playoff stage of VCL South Asia Split 2. The future of the team is unclear at this point.

The first two Pacific teams to qualify for the VALORANT Masters Tokyo and Champions LA have been found as DRX bounced back in the series against Team Secret to take it 2-1 while Paper Rex took down T1 2-0. 

Kim “MaKo” Myeong-kwan was a level above the rest in DRX’s near-flawless run to the playoffs of VCT Pacific. 

It brings fresh air to Challengers League teams, giving them something to anticipate post-Champions.

The final of the VCT Pacific League will be shown in cinemas in Tokyo and Osaka. 

The four teams moving on to the VCL Thailand Split 2 playoffs are determined, with the remaining four having been left behind. 

Velocity Gaming become the third team to be knocked out in New Delhi, marking the continued struggles for the top contenders.
