Red Bull Gaming has announced the Japanese squad ZETA DIVISION as their second invite for the Red Bull Home Ground tournament in Tokyo.
JAPAN – ZETA DIVISION become the second team to be confirmed for the Red Bull Home Ground Tokyo event, following in the footsteps of 100 Thieves who were earlier this week announced as the first invited side. Red Bull Home Ground Tokyo is an eight-team tournament that will take place on November 3-5 at Tokyo’s iconic sumo arena, Ryogoku Kokugikan.
“Red Bull Home Ground introduces its new contender. ZETA DIVISION will be on their home ground! Will they be able to keep the trophy in Japan?” the announcement reads.
ZETA DIVISION is set to be one of the first teams from Asia to participate in the annual Red Bull event, with its fourth edition unfolding right in Tokyo, their home turf. Building on their recent success in the Pacific Last Chance Qualifier and their participation in VALORANT Champions Los Angeles, the Japanese powerhouse are setting its sights on yet another triumph this year.

It remains to be seen if the current ZETA DIVISION lineup that has been together for the past 20 months will be the one competing in the OFF//SEASON event. With the organization hinting at broadening its horizon through open recruitments for new players, coaches, and analysts, the team composition might undergo changes. The top-ranked Japanese team is set to compete in the Tokyo event this coming November, regardless of the final five.
With the inclusion of 100 Thieves and ZETA, only four more teams remain to be directly invited, with the remaining two spots determined via EMEA and Japan qualifiers. More details about forthcoming invites will be released in the upcoming weeks, and information regarding the qualifiers and ticket availability can be accessed here.
The current team list for Red Bull Home Ground Tokyo looks as follows:
