Paper Rex’s Benedict “Benkai” Tan has expressed his desire to continue competing and is actively in search of a new team as a restricted free agent. 

The first episode of the series sets its spotlight on Paper Rex, the runners-up of the 2022 VCT Masters Copenhagen and one of Southeast Asia’s representatives in the VCT Pacific league. 

Paper Rex lifted their first international LAN trophy after clinching a 3-1 victory over Team Heretics (Bind 13-11, Fracture 6-13, Breeze 13-10, Ascent 13-8) in the grand final of the VALORANT India Invitational.
