Bren Esports owner Bernard “Bren” Chong released a statement today to deny accusations that he was involved in the ~US$33.6m shipment of shabu (crystal methamphetamine) into the Philippines.

The Philippine authorities foiled the attempt to smuggle 276.3 kilos of shabu worth P1.87-billion (~US$33.6 million), in which Bren Esports owner Bernard “Bren” Chong co-owned the assigned consignee company for the illegal drug shipment.
