The move comes less than a month after BOOM Esports was ousted from the APAC Last Chance Qualifier in 7th-8th place, therefore eliminating them from contention for a Champions slot.

Emmanuel “Emman” Morales and Enrico “Ching” Perez have parted ways with Nigma Galaxy, both players revealed separately on Twitter. Both players were a part of the Galaxy Racer VALORANT division prior to the organization’s merger with Team Nigma. Rizkie “BerserX” Adla Kusuma and David “Tehbotol” Monangin have been officially unveiled as members of BOOM Esports on Wednesday. Moving forward, the team will now operate with a seven-man lineup after the addition of three former Alter Ego players (frostmind, BerserX, and Tehbotol). In other words, this iteration of BOOM now boasts the best of two of the best Indonesian teams around.
