VCT APAC Stage 1 Challengers garnered a peak viewership of 99,570 during the match between XERXIA Esports and Bleed eSports, according to Esports Charts.

The playoff bracket of VCT Game Changers APAC Open 2 has been set following the conclusion of the knockout stage on Sunday, which saw eight top teams progress to the double-elimination bracket beginning this Thursday. 

XERXIA Esports have become the second APAC team to qualify for 2022 VCT Masters Reykjavik after winning the lower finals against Bleed eSports, 2-1.

Paper Rex are the first APAC team to qualify for VCT Masters 1 Reykjavik after besting Bleed eSports 2-0 in the Upper Bracket Final of VCT APAC Stage 1 Challengers.

VCT APAC Stage 1 Challengers Knockouts will take place on March 24-27. There, eight teams will contest for US$150,000 in prize money and two spots at Masters 1 Reykjavik by advancing through a double-elimination, best-of-three playoff bracket.

FSL has launched the registration process for VCT Game Changers APAC Open 2, featuring a US$5,000 prize pool. 

VCT APAC Stage 1 Challengers will resume on Thursday with the first matches of the double-elimination knockout stage. 

One guaranteed spot to VCT Masters 1 Reykjavik and KR₩105,000,000 (~US$84,738) will be up for grabs in VCT Korea Stage 1 Challengers Playoffs.
